Rise and Shine Choir
Rise n Shine is a Christian choral program for children ages 8-18 with developmental or cognitive disabilities and other special needs, sponsored by Clairemont Lutheran Church and the San Diego Choristers Guild.
The choir, taught by Choristers Guild President Katy Lundeen, is FREE and open to all children in the community regardless of church affiliation.
Children will receive expert vocal training, and learn basic musicianship according to their ability while having lots of fun.
Minimum requirements include:
1. Parent participation in class
2. Minimal ability to sing and carry a tune
3. Ability to follow basic instructions
4. Willingness to try new things
5. And a love for music !
Choir meets on Sundays from 12:30 - 1:15pm at Clairemont Lutheran Church, 4271 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA 92117
